Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How cancellations, deposits, memberships, and refunds work — written plainly, the way the rest of our service is.

The short version: give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit is fully refunded or credited. Once a service is performed it can't be undone, so it isn't refundable. Memberships can be refunded in full within 7 days if you haven't used them yet. Questions about a charge — call us first, always.

01 — Scope

What this policy covers.

This policy applies to payments made to OneStickUSA — memberships, mobile IV therapy, recovery sessions, deposits, travel fees, and gift cards. Payments are processed by Square; your card details are handled on Square's secure systems, not on this website. Laboratory charges are handled separately — see section 09.


02 — Deposits & reserving a visit

Holding your time.

A deposit may be required to reserve a visit. It holds your appointment and is applied toward the total at the time of service. A deposit is fully refundable when you cancel or reschedule within the window described below.


03 — Cancellations & rescheduling

Twenty-four hours.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked visit. We schedule one phlebotomist's time and travel around each appointment, so the window matters.

  • 24 or more hours' notice — full refund or credit of your deposit, your choice.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment — the deposit is forfeited, which covers the reserved time and travel.

If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, call us — we handle real-life situations like grown-ups, and we'd rather move your visit than lose you over a fee.


04 — Completed services

Once it's done, it's done.

Once a blood draw, IV infusion, or recovery session (compression therapy or red light) has been provided, it cannot be undone and is non-refundable. This is standard for hands-on services.


05 — When a visit can't be completed

Safety first, charges second.

If our licensed provider determines that a service cannot be performed safely or appropriately on the day of the visit, you are not charged for that service, and any deposit applied to it is refunded. We collect samples and provide wellness services; we never proceed with something we don't believe is right for you.


06 — Memberships

A one-time term, not a subscription.

Each membership is a single payment that covers a fixed term — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge.

  • A membership may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if no visit or benefit has been used.
  • Once any visit or benefit has been used, the membership is non-refundable.
  • Unused visits expire at the end of the term and carry no cash value.
  • Benefits may be shared only as described for each tier and are not transferable outside your household.

If your circumstances change mid-term, talk to us — we can often help with timing or household sharing even when a refund isn't available.


07 — Gift cards

A gift, kept simple.

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They do not expire, carry no fees, and may be applied toward any OneStickUSA service.


08 — Travel fees

For distance and time.

When a visit falls outside our standard coverage area, a travel fee may apply and is always disclosed before the visit. Travel fees are refundable under the cancellation window above, but become non-refundable once the provider is en route or has arrived.


09 — Laboratory charges

Handled by the laboratory.

Lab panels are processed and billed by an independent, separately licensed laboratory under its own policies and license. Those charges — and any refunds of them — are governed by that laboratory, not by OneStickUSA. What you pay OneStickUSA is for the collection visit and any concierge services; the laboratory bills its own analysis separately.


10 — Results and outcomes

What we can and can't promise.

We provide skilled specimen collection and wellness services. We do not interpret laboratory results, diagnose, or guarantee any clinical outcome — those belong to you and your physician. A refund is not available on the basis of laboratory results or of how a wellness service made you feel; it is available as described throughout this policy.


11 — How to request a refund

Call us first.

To request a refund or ask about a charge, reach us by phone or email. We respond quickly and would always rather resolve a question directly than have you dispute a charge with your card issuer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


12 — Changes

Updates to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
