Alicia Edwards has been putting needle-anxious patients at ease for thirteen years.
She trained across two settings — urgent care and mobile concierge — and learned two very different things from each. Urgent care taught her speed, composure, and how to draw under pressure. Mobile phlebotomy taught her stillness: how to read a room, how to listen, and the small kindnesses that make a home visit feel different from a clinic.
Her clients know her for three things. A gentle touch. Accuracy on difficult veins — rolling, dehydrated, scarred. And a calm presence with anyone in the chair, from pediatric to geriatric, from first-time to fiftieth.

As OneStickUSA has grown, Alicia has brought on a small group of licensed phlebotomists and nurses — each trained by her, each held to her standard for gentleness, accuracy, and discretion. Together, they make same-day and short-notice visits possible across the coast.
Members — those on The Bloodwork, The Family, The Drip, or The Elite — are seen by Alicia personally, every visit.
All other visits are handled by Alicia or one of her trained team. If you would like Alicia personally for a non-member visit, that is available by request — pricing on inquiry.
Discretion — confidentiality is standard on every visit, and non-disclosure agreements are signed on request. Bring your own, or we'll sign yours.
