Alicia Edwards has spent thirteen years putting needle-anxious patients at ease. Trained across urgent care and mobile concierge settings, she is known for her gentle approach, her accuracy on difficult veins — rolling, dehydrated, scarred — and the calm she brings to every visit.
She now leads a small team of licensed phlebotomists and nurses she has trained personally — held to her standard. Members are seen by Alicia herself; non-member visits may be Alicia or one of her trained team. Personally requesting Alicia outside of membership is available by inquiry.
